COMPREHENSIVE WELLNESS PROFILE

This profile includes a complete blood cell count, kidney function, liver function, thyroid profile, lipid profile, prolactin, DHEA, and hormone status (when indicated). Abnormal values may require further testing determined by a Verum medical provider.

NUTRITIONAL EVALUATION

This evaluation looks at more than 100 biomarkers from five key areas of core nutrients. Organic acids, amino acids, fatty acids, intracellular nutrient status, oxidative stress and toxic exposures are evaluated. It pairs well with a nutrigenomics assessment.

NUTRIGENOMICS

Our vulnerabilities to disease are genetic. The triggers of disease are often toxins and relative nutritional deficiencies. Our nutritionist utilizes your 23andme.com ancestry data to assess your areas of vulnerability in detoxification and methylation pathways.  Verum can then tailor a supplement program based on your vulnerabilities to maximize your wellness.

HAIR ELEMENTS

This non-invasive screening test informs you about recent and ongoing exposure to toxic metals, as well as nutrient elements essential for metabolic pathways. Toxins are often 200 to 300 times more highly concentrated in hair than in blood or urine. The CDC acknowledges the value of hair mercury levels as a marker for exposure to neurotoxic methyl mercury from fish. Hair nutrient elements are correlated with tissue and organ levels.

COMPREHENSIVE DIGESTIVE STOOL ANALYSIS

This analysis assesses digestive and absorptive function, the presence of unfavorable bacteria, parasites and yeast and the susceptibility to both natural and prescriptive agents. The efficacy of the chosen remediation can be monitored with follow-up testing.

GI PATHOGEN PLUS PROFILE

This profile is a multiplexed nucleic acid test designed to identify various organisms and toxins seen in those with intestinal symptoms and illnesses.  It also provides a quantitative value that allows monitoring of the efficacy of the therapeutic agent chosen to address the infection.  This test also provides information to assist in identifying issues relating to gluten sensitivity, inflammatory bowel disease, and helps monitor the activity and severity of these diseases.

CELIAC AND GLUTEN SENSITIVITY BLOOD SPOT

This profile can help differentiate between celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. Blood spot testing can be completed at home or in our office. A Verum nutritionist can assist with dietary strategies.

CELIAC AND GLUTEN SENSITIVITY SERUM

This profile helps distinguish between celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, and wheat allergy. A Verum nutritionist can assist with dietary strategies.

ALLERGY TESTING COMBINED WITH IMMUNOTHERAPY DROPS

This non-invasive allergy test can differentiate between allergic and non-allergic symptoms.  If determined to be allergic our once daily drops, made from FDA approved organic ingredients, are customized to test results to cure your allergies.
